Our Work
Supplying panelling products and mouldings direct to your door.
Panelling became very popular in Victorian times, being used to protect walls in dining rooms and in hallways and mostly on staircase walls. Our Heritage mouldings, recreate this design usually mirrored in many Victorian houses. Heritage style mouldings can be fitted with or without a backing board and can be fitted on top of an existing skirting board. If required, they can also be fitted between your skirting and dado rail.
Wall Panelling is also starting to lose the bad press that it has had for so many years, where everyone instantly saw a panelled room and thought what it is hiding, rather than how beautiful it looks. Smart phones and apps such as Pinterest, Houzz and Instagram have been amongst the top pieces of software that can now deliver stunning pictures and videos of stylish homes with great decorating ideas, for any room in your home, which now will include panelling. This has made it so easy for people to see how they can transform either a whole room or just one wall with some simple mouldings some carpentry skills and some flair for colours and painting.
Painting will play a big part in most panelling projects, especially when use wall panels in a bathroom, due to the amount of moisture and water, any style of panelling must be completely sealed with a recommended bathroom paint, as any wood or MDF will only ever be moisture resistant and never fully waterproof. You will need to think of the size of the room and the ventilation, before designing your finished look.
