This project consisted of building a false wall under the stairs to allow for a new radiator which we encased with a traditional MDF radiator cover, this wall allowed us to make a large hidden storage cupboard.
This project consisted of building a false wall under the stairs to allow for a new radiator which we encased with a traditional MDF radiator cover, this wall allowed us to make a large hidden storage cupboard. The panelling was designed in our Heritage style and the staircase required a new newel post and traditional spindles, these were installed to replicate a more period feel to the entrance hall. As a contrast we installed a solid oak handrail and acorns which were given a natural varnished finish.
