Hallways and Staircases
As high-traffic areas, hallways benefit from heritage or shaker-style designs that provide durability while improving first impressions. Staircases are particularly well-suited to Victorian and double boiserie layouts, where proportion and symmetry are important.
Living Rooms and Reception Rooms
Panelled feature walls work well behind fireplaces, sofas or media units. Full height and dado height designs can be adjusted to suit ceiling height, ensuring the room remains balanced rather than overpowering.
Bedrooms
Shaker style layouts are a popular choice behind headboards, offering a clean and timeless look that complements both traditional and contemporary interiors.
Dining Rooms and Home Offices
More formal spaces often suit framed moulding designs that add definition and visual order, particularly in larger rooms.
As all layouts are created from individual mouldings, panel sizes and proportions can be tailored to suit each space precisely.
MDF for Painted Finishes
Paint grade MDF provides a smooth and consistent surface, making it ideal for detailed mouldings and decorative profiles. It offers excellent resistance to movement once installed.
Solid Pine for Strength
Pine is used where additional strength is required, particularly for longer lengths or structural elements. It also provides a traditional feel that suits period style designs.
All mouldings are precision machined to ensure clean joints and accurate mitres. Rebated backs on dado rails and shelf mouldings allow for easier fitting and a more professional finish.
Whether supplied only or fully installed, our systems are designed to remain durable and visually consistent for many years.
